Return and Refund

Returns Policy

At Knighthorse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Eligibility:

- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our website.

Process:

1. Contact us at  marketing.knighthorse@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer a Return and refund.
3. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
4. Ship the product back to us within 3 days of receiving the RMA number.
5. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Refunds:

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Refunds will include the full amount paid for the product, minus any shipping costs.


Exceptions:

- Returns are not accepted for products that have been damaged, altered, or worn.
- Returns are not accepted for products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
